No problem! Give us the dimensions of the cooling that needs to be returned and we will arrange the transport for a small additional fee for processing the product. Our transport department will schedule the delivery of the new and collection of the old cooling in consultation with you.

The static cooling is cooled by means of pipes in the walls. Many of our static cooling are supported by a fan, which allows the cold to spread better through the space to be cooled. Despite the fan, there can be internal differences in temperature because warm air rises and the products in the refrigerator make it more difficult for air to circulate. 

With forced cooling this is less the case. Thanks to the fan and the evaporator, the cold is blown through the cooling from the top or side. Forced cooling is faster at temperature and is certainly recommended if the cooling is used intensively and is opened and closed regularly.

Good maintenance is not only important for the lifespan of your cooling, but also ensures that your cooling works economically! Some tips for taking care of your cooling:

• Do not place the cooling directly next to a heat source (oven, grill etc.). Due to the higher direct ambient temperature, the cooling consumes more energy.
• Keep the condenser free of dust and dirt. A dusty condenser cannot release the heat, which makes the cooling unnecessarily extra warm.
• Check the rubbers and ensure they are cleaned regularly
